Prior Alternative 6 (originally filed on January 15, 2015)

This alternative, filed with the FERC on January 15, 2015, incorporated a reroute around the St. Luke’s Hospital complex in Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania between MP 66 and MP 69 and a significant reroute to follow existing power line rights-of-way in New Jersey between MP 90 and MP 110. The re-route in New Jersey necessitated the need to construct a 36-inch diameter, 1.3 mile lateral in Hunterdon County that originates at MP 97.4 and terminates at an interconnect with Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (Algonquin) and Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) systems.
